Clinical Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
A clinical manager is health service manager and work as managers in both administrative and medical capacities to make sure what they are doing runs smooth. Some of the duties clinical managers have to do is managing clinical, professional, administrative, and clerical staff; managing the recruitment, development of, and appraisal of staff; overseeing day-to-day management; developing and implementing policies and directives; setting and monitoring budgets; attending meetings; handling communications; and making purchasing decisions. They work in doctors' offices, clinics, long-term care facilities and outpatient facilities.

Salary: $76,000 - $98,000

Education:
To become a clinical manager you are required to at least have a Bachelor's Degree in the medical field. You need a 4-year, bachelor degree program including courses on health care law and ethics, health care financial management, organization and management in health care, information systems for health care, health care administration, and case management.



Reflection:
I think i would like t be a clinical nurse it seems like a good job to have.
