"The best way to predict your future is to create it."
-Charles Ketterer
To me this quote is saying that in order for us to have a successful future, the first thing we should do is have a plan. If we think think our future is going to come out of nowhere with no plan or prediction, we are wrong. We have to be prepared for whats coming ahead of us. For example, if we make a list of all the things we want in the future, we can look at them over and over so that way we will always have a reminder and motivate us more to have the great future.

"Be cool in school---live every rule."
Mr.Haymore

To me this great by Mr.haymore means that in order to be good in school and become a successful student we must follow and practice the school rules. If you don't preform these rules you will not be as successful as other who do follow the rules.

School-wide Assembly Summary

The school-wide-assembly last friday was cool. I enjoyed everysingle part of it. I think the teachers put a lot of time an dedication too it, and it payed off because it was really good and most of the HPIAM students liked it as well. The assembly was reminding us about all the school rules we must follow. For example, being here on time, being respectful, wearing uniform, and keeping our grades up. The teacher made little skits demostrating us the rule and some skits were not following the rules. I will improve in ruling the school rules by always reminding myself about them.

Pyramid Healing

Definition: Pyramid Healing is an alternative healing practice that is based on the concept that the shape of the pyramid provides a means of tapping into the healing energy that surround every living thing.

Aspects of Pyramid Healing: The very shape of the pyramid is an amplified-receiver (resonator) of various kinds of energy fields surrounding our planet (electromagnetic waves, cosmic rays, electrical discharges, gravitational waves, etc.). This interaction with known as well as with yet to be discovered forms of energy creates the so-called pyramid effect. Pyramid creates a spherical field of harmonic vibrations around itself. Everything within that field begins moving towards harmony.

Reflection: I think i would try pyramid healing. Its is something i have never done it it seems positive.
