To me this quote means that it is only right when you do every single little thing to it right. You never leave or do a little thing wrong. For example, a group of students are doing a math project. So far they have done every thing good and right but then they remember they didn't do one problem, so they just know the answer and just put it but they didn't show their work. They didn't do right because they didn't show their work and everything else was right. It wasn't done right entirely.
